When can I initiate a return request?
 
The purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivered item. We believe in Easy and Free Returns and you can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.

Item less than 100AED value are not eligible for returns.

Exemption:

If Marhabha.com have wrongly delivered the purchase item, it is eligible for return.
Sale items are not eligible for refund and return.
What are the terms & conditions underlined for this request?
Make sure the original packaging, labels and other relevant tags of the purchased item are kept in custody to avail returns/refund.
Can I return the products I have purchased under Sales Deals?
We do apologize we can\\\'t take returns under Flash Sale / Clearness Sale/ Low price clearance or other sales deals. If the product which you have receive has any defect please inform the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. No refund or replacement will be done against these sales products.
When are Returns not possible?
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Specific categories like:
  • Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
  • When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.

Items that fall into the below product types-

  • Underwear
  • Inner shirts
  • Lingerie
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Anything missing from the package you\\\'ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. Fragile items, hygiene related items.

I have changed my mind; cancel what I have ordered?
If you change your mind before receiving your item, just Email us at info@marhabha.com within 24 hours after purchased to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied.

The item is not on the Non-Returnable list.

You cannot return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
Only the items with Retail Packaging never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?
We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please Email our Customer Service Team at info@marhabha.com

How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?
Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
 
Can I schedule time with the courier to return an item?
At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.
 
Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?
At the moment, the item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services.

Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
You can return an item for free within 7 days from delivery date, were by Marhabha.com covers all the shipping charges.

What will be the process after the return request is accepted?
Once we receive the returned product from you, we will do the needful after the quality check. Any shipping or delivery charges that may have been incurred by the courier company cannot be refunded and Marhabha is not liable for any such refunds.
 
Can I Claim the refund against the product I have received?
If product is repairable we will repair the product, If not replacement will be given. Or if replacement is not available Store credit will be offered.
 
Can I return my item after 7 days?
There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 7 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on individual basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.

If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.

Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
 
Will the payment methods matter in case of refund request?
Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.
Cash/Card on delivery customers will receive Store Credit equal to the price paid, redeemable at Marhabha.com
 
How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individuals bank process.
 
How will I receive a refund for my item that I paid for through Cash on Delivery?
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded in the form of marhabha.com credit, and you can easily make new purchases or request for a money refund it will be deposited to your bank account or we will send the money thru the courier. The amount that will be refunded is only the amount paid to the product, shipping fee and Cash on delivery charge is not included for the refund amount.

Where can I use my voucher code given by Marhabha.com?
You can redeem your voucher to buy the products from marhabha.com only, however please remember:
You can only use one discount or credit voucher per order.
If your purchase amount is more than your credit voucher amount, you will be required to pay the difference amount
If your purchase amount is less than the amount on your credit voucher, you will need to shop more in order to match the same amount.
Any balance will not be refunded either in the form of voucher or cash. The discount or credit voucher is valid for 1 month.
